    Tax the refineries. They can afford marginal inceases, residents already don’t see enough snow removal and residential ice maintenance to our intersections when we need it.

    New council has to make the tough decisions to keep the increase in property taxes increase below inflation.

    Raising taxes over inflation rates is wrong. The new council ran on keeping tax rates low and the overspending (debt) down. Make tough decisions, that is your job!
